Have you ever tired cold soups with fruits ???. If not, you are missing out some very very delicious …..tastes.
Cold and warm fruit soups are common in Scandinavian, Baltic, Middle, and Eastern European cuisines (e.g. nyponsoppa, blåbärssoppa, kissel, hideg meggyleves).
Cold soups are a particular variation on the traditional soup, wherein the temperature when served is kept at or below room temperature. They may be sweet or savory. In summer, sweet cold soups can form part of a dessert.


Ingredients: – 

  • 4 cups seeded watermelon cubes
  • 1cup apple juice
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 15 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • Pinch of pepper


Blend all the ingredients except yoghurt for 15 sec in a blender. Chill for at least an hour. Add some chopped watermelon chunks. Garnish with  dollops of yoghurt and mint sprigs.
